National public health organizations are responding rapidly to the emerging demands of the COVID-19 international pandemic. Through our core values of collaboration and connection, AIDPH seeks to strengthen the oral health network and amplify the collective work of our partners.
We’ve cultivated upcoming calls and webinars below for you to hear the most recent guidance from national organizations like OSAP, the ADA, Community Catalyst, and more.
- As we all continue to grapple with these questions, Community Catalyst is hosting a rapid response call this Friday, March 20th at 1 PM ET to provide a policy, messaging, and virtual organizing update to state and local partners. None of us have all the answers, but we hope to utilize Friday’s call to provide the latest federal policy updates and share some messaging guidance on talking about the coronavirus pandemic in tandem with the ACA, Medicaid and our health care system at-large.
- The ADA is releasing an on-demand webinar on Friday, March 20, with infection control experts representing the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP) to provide the dental community with practical guidance and education as we all navigate the challenges that COVID-19 is presenting to our profession. Register here to receive access to the webinar.
- NNOHA is sponsoring listening sessions in collaboration with HRSA. These sessions are open discussion forums and are designed to be conversations among colleagues facing an unprecedented situation together, even if we are miles apart. NNOHA will record these sessions. We will present summaries of what we hear to our colleagues at HRSA, NACHC, and others.
